The Situation

Three locations. Hundreds of missed leads every month.

Viviance Hair & Spa had no shortage of interest. People were calling, filling out forms, and sending messages. The problem was nobody was getting back to them fast enough.

On top of that, the owner had already spent thousands with a previous agency that delivered nothing. That experience made them cautious about working with anyone new.

Then we launched ads on Meta for their highest-margin services and put a real person on the phones to call every lead within five minutes. Texts, emails, and follow-ups ran automatically in the background until the lead booked or said no.
