Leads were coming in, but they were expensive and underperforming. The return-on-investment was becoming negligible.
Ads were active and demand existed, but cost per lead kept rising.
Even when inquiries came through, many never turned into booked appointments.
High ad costs and slow human follow-up.
Creative fatigue drove costs up, with no clear testing structure to find winners.
On top of that, leads received automated texts and emails instantly, but calls often happened 1–2 days later.
By then, intent had dropped and competitors had already reached them.
We fixed efficiency first, then fixed speed.
We ran proven ad testing strategies to identify winning hooks, visuals, and messaging combinations. Cutting out what wasn’t performing and scaling what did.
Fun Fact: Our ad strategy tests 11X more than the average advertiser on Meta.
We also set up a virtual appointment setter to call leads within 5 minutes. Automation handled initial touchpoints, but real conversations happened immediately (while intent was still high).
Ads fatigue. Without constant testing and fresh creative, performance drops and costs rise. This isn't "set it and forget it", it requires ongoing monitoring and adjustment. Lead quality wasn't the issue; intent was. Leads went cold because follow-up was too slow. Contacting leads within five minutes increased conversion rates up to 4X.
